A chocolate shop by the Kalverstraat

From the Kalverstraat

Walk south along the Kalverstraat until it crosses the Heiligeweg, then turn right. We are a few doors down on the corner of the Voetboogstraat, at number 20H. Under two minutes.

From the Spui

Take the Voetboogstraat south off the Spui and keep going. You will pass a permanent queue for fries at Vleminckx on your way, which is a good sign you are in the right street. We are at the end of it, where it meets the Heiligeweg.

From the Munt and the flower market

Follow the Singel along the Bloemenmarkt to the Koningsplein, then take the Heiligeweg east. Three or four minutes, and the last stretch is the nicest part of the walk.

From Central Station

Tram 2, 11, 12 or 24 to Koningsplein, then thirty seconds on foot. Walking the whole way down the Damrak, Dam and Kalverstraat takes about twenty minutes and is a perfectly good way to see the centre.

What else is on this corner

This is a family corner. The chip counter with the queue in the Voetboogstraat is Vleminckx de Sausmeester, and The Chicken Bar is in the same street. Fish and Fries is a short walk further on. Between them you can eat a full meal within a hundred metres and finish it here.
